Stay here if…you want to stay in a working museum that shows you a traditional Ottoman Empire style house.
The Room at Muslibegovic House & Hotel
My room at Muslibegovic House & Hotel was on the smaller side if I hadn't been traveling alone, but for one person it worked perfectly. There are larger rooms available for bigger families, so just be careful when booking. The room was decorated with a nice blend of past and present with all the furnishings in traditional Ottoman style. The bathroom was tiled with beautiful mosaics throughout and the heated floor was a great added touch. I was expecting a hard bed in the room since everything was so old but the mattress was extremely soft and I got phenomenal sleep!
Although I was staying in such an old property (and working museum) I was so happy to see tons of modern amenities. The rooms heating and air conditioning worked well, and like I said before the bathroom had heated floors. A hairdryer was in the bathroom and a cable TV was mounted on the wall. But, because it is a working museum I did hear tours being given through my room door starting at around 9 am.
Wi-Fi at Muslibegovic House & Hotel
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi at Muslibegovic House & Hotel was not great. It worked fine in the breakfast room but only worked in the bathroom and near the door of my room. It did time out occasionally and asked me to reconnect multiple times. I heard other guests complaining about their Wi-Fi, it seems to be a common problem at their hotel.
Breakfast at Muslibegovic House & Hotel
Breakfast is included in the price of the room at Muslibegovic House & Hotel. The dining area is a nicely decorated and spacious room a short walk away from the main house. Breakfast was small but sufficient with traditional food and spreads.

Final Thoughts for Muslibegovic House & Hotel
A very cool location for a hotel within walking distance to the main sites of Mostar makes this a great choice for accommodation. As mentioned above, the museum does start tours around 9 am and if you are a late sleeper this isn’t a good choice for you as you can hear the tours through your door in specific rooms.
